Today, our factory's technical team successfully completed the overall performance test of the customized fried noodle snack production line for customers. All indicators have reached the contractually agreed standards, and the equipment is about to enter the factory acceptance and delivery stage.
The fried noodle snack line tested this time is a semi-automatic production line customized for customer needs, covering the entire process of flour mixing, rolling and forming, automatic frying, seasoning and cooling. It can be adapted to the large-scale production of various fried noodles such as small fish cakes, golden horns, and small gourds. During the testing process, technicians strictly follow the standards of the food machinery industry to verify the operational stability, production efficiency, product forming accuracy, and energy consumption indicators of the equipment item by item. After testing, the production line runs smoothly without any malfunctions, and the unit time production capacity meets customer expectations. The produced noodle products have uniform color and crispy texture, fully meeting the quality requirements of food processing.
According to the project leader, the core components of the production line are made of food grade stainless steel material, which combines convenient operation and energy-saving characteristics, and can help customers achieve standardized and efficient production of fried noodles. Next, the factory will optimize the equipment details based on the test data and simultaneously initiate packaging and logistics preparation work to ensure that the equipment is delivered to the customer's factory on time.
