Doritos Chips Production Line

The Doritos Chips Production Line is a fully integrated automated system designed for mass production of high-quality, crispy and delicious Doritos corn chips. The production line includes key equipment such as corn flour processing unit, dough kneading machine, sheeting and cutting machine, frying system, seasoning sprayer, cooling conveyor and packaging machine.

Efficient and automated production

The Chips Production Line uses PLC control system and servo drive technology. The automation level of the whole line exceeds 90%, which can achieve continuous 24-hour stable operation. The single-line production capacity reaches 500-800kg/h, which is 40% more efficient than the traditional production line.

​​Intelligent quality control management

Our equipment integrates online moisture meter and near-infrared sensor to monitor the moisture content (2%-3% range) and oil content (18%-22%) of potato chips in real time, and the data is automatically uploaded to the MES system. Abnormal data triggers sound and light alarms, and the fault response time is shortened to 30 seconds to avoid batch quality problems.
