How does Takis achieve rolling?

The main principle is mechanical coiling: the cut soft billet immediately enters the coiling mechanism, and is forcibly coiled into a spiral/tube shape through guidance, clamping, rotation/pushing, and quickly cooled and shaped.

1. Raw material pretreatment system
Double shaft non gravity mixer: evenly mix corn flour, water, oil, salt and additives, and control the moisture content by 18% – 22% to ensure the plasticity of the billet.
Quantitative feeder: Spiral/belt variable frequency feeding, stable feeding, avoiding bridging and material breakage.
2. Core host: Forming tablet press rolling device (roll type foundation)
Thin film die: extrude wide continuous thin films with a thickness of 0.8-1.2mm and a thickness tolerance of ≤± 0.05mm.
Servo cutter: Cut thin sheets of fixed length (10-15 cm) with a flat cut to prepare for coiling.
Temperature control system: precise temperature control to ensure that the billet is soft and rollable, without sticking or burning edges.
3. Roll forming system (rolling core, different from traditional multi force and multi zi)
Mechanical winding machine: pre winding net+final winding net+swing drive, spiral winding and shaping hot thin sheets, with tight and uniform winding shape, suitable for classic roll shapes with multiple forces and sizes.
4. Cooking and seasoning system
Continuous fryer: oil temperature 160-170 ℃, deep frying for 30-60 seconds, crispy texture, controllable oil absorption rate.
Hot air baking machine (low-fat version): Five stage mesh belt baking, temperature 180-220 ℃, moisture reduced to 2.8-3.5%, low-fat and healthy.
Drum seasoning machine: evenly coated with powder, sprayed with oil, and sprinkled with ingredients, with stable flavor and a seasoning uniformity of ≥ 95%.
