Key components and process:
Mixing: Raw materials like corn powder, rice flour, and water are mixed together.
Shaping machine: A compround roller machine press the dough, forcing it through a roller to give it shape.A roller cutter shapes the extruded dough into specific forms, like triangles.
Frying: The chips are fried to achieve a crispy texture.
De-oiling: Excess oil is removed from the fried chips.
Seasoning: The chips are then coated with flavorings.like chili powder,cheese powder,beef powder etc.
Supporting equipment: The process also uses conveyors to transport the chips and cooling systems to prepare them for the next step.
