Products Description
Complete Biscuit Production Line is generally composed of a feeding machine(if producing the soda biscuit or chocolate coated biscuit,another lamination process is needed), a set of dough roller, through the dough rolling and dough sheeting, then through the roller cutting machine, rest material recycling device, inlet oven machine, the entire biscuit forming line. For Complete Biscuit Production Line only the forming machine and inlet oven machine can be the whole forming process. In order to increase the biscuit types and characteristics, customers can allocate the sugar & salt sprinkling machine, egg spraying machine, calico printing machine, etc. The oven is to make the formed biscuit into delicious food. You can choose different types of bakery oven for baking different types of products. Dough rolling width is 250mm to 1200mm ,if you have special needs, we can customized for you.

1.Sturdy and durable: The production line is designed with a compact structure, high degree of automation, and the stainless steel material is durable.
2.Conveyor belt adjustment: The conveyor belt speed is adjustable, and it can automatically correct deviation and tension.
3.Automation of dough mixer: Pneumatic cover, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, adjustable mixing time, automatic stop, can turn over the cylinder to discharge dough, with buffer blocks to prevent collision.
4.Water and oil filling: The dough mixer can be connected to an automatic water and oil filling machine to save manpower.
5.Anti-sedimentation design: The forming machine hopper is equipped with a stirring shaft to prevent dough from settling and agglomerating.
6.Low maintenance design: Jointless canvas conveyor belt, fast loading and unloading of molds, and automatic recycling of waste.
7.Quick demoulding: The rubber roller and cylinder automatically move up and down, and demoulding, cleaning and maintenance are convenient.
8.High-efficiency tunnel oven: high-density perlite lining, aluminum-plated furnace, stainless steel shell, low energy consumption, good insulation, multiple observation ports, hot air circulation, uniform temperature, automatic temperature control, and real-time data display.
9.Safety design: The hair roller at the end of the furnace cleans the waste, and the product is automatically pulled out to prevent fire when the power is off.
10.Efficient oil spraying: the centrifugal disk sprays oil evenly, the oil mist collector is environmentally friendly, the turbine worm adjusts the tightness of the mesh belt, and the oil tank can be heated by water.
11.Oil filter recovery: The production line is equipped with an oil filter to recover excess oil and reduce costs.
12.Flexible biscuit sorter: the height of the cake opening and the track width are adjustable, and the scraper under the belt and the material receiving box clean the waste.
13. Realized the automation of the entire process from primary to secondary packaging

Machine Detail
Horizontal dough mixer:
Function: mixing wheat flour and water into dough.
The horizontal mixer is a base mixer for industrial mixing, which can be used on the soft and hard dough, especially for soft or cookie dough.
Biscuit Forming machine:
Function: This machine can make different shapes of soft or hard biscuit ,just need to change the mould.
The Soft Biscuit is commonly known as shortbread biscuit obtained, that is, from the tender dough (fragile, not hard); they are obtained using a rotary machine, therefore shortbread biscuits are also technically known as rotary biscuits.
Soft biscuits will have fewer processing machines than Cracker/Hard biscuit form mixer can directly to the forming no need extra dough process unit.
Baking oven Or Tunnel oven:
Function:Baking is carried out in a tunnel oven with a wide range of regulation for ensuring optimal baking of various types of biscuits.
There are three types of tunnel oven electric, gas and diesel oil. It depends on the natural resources of different countries. Some countries is abundant in gas.
Biscuit Stacking Machine：
Function:This biscuit stacking machine accpects the biscuits from the cooling converyor,forms them into lanes,stacks them on edge through the star wheel device,and conveys them to the packing conveyor.
Oil sprayer:
Function: praying oil on the surface of biscuit.
After baking, if the customer wants to add a better smell and shining dark color to the biscuit then the Oil sprayer system is a must before the biscuit cools and packed.
sprayer is dish type to reach the mist type to save the waste of the oil.
Cooling Conveyor:
Function: reduce the temperature of biscuit after baking.
Biscuit sandwiching machine(option one):
The automatic biscuit sandwich machine can be filling with chocolate, cream, jam or cheese.
It's used for sandwiching for different flavour.It also can transfer to the packing machine automatically.
Automatic biscuit packing Machine:
