High-precision molding system
The Biscuit Making Machinery use servo-driven mold cutting technology with a positioning accuracy of ±0.1mm, which can produce a variety of complex shapes (round, square, animal shapes, etc.), and the thickness deviation is controlled within ±0.2mm. Secondly, the equipment is also equipped with an automatic deviation correction device to ensure that the weight error of each biscuit does not exceed 1%, reducing the waste of raw materials.
Easy to clean
Each module of our equipment has a reserved quick disassembly interface for easy cleaning and maintenance. The conveying system adopts a fully enclosed design and is equipped with an automatic cleaning scraper device, which can automatically remove residual biscuit crumbs and oil stains to reduce the risk of contamination.

• Industrial Biscuit Baking Plants
Designed for the production of crackers, snacks, and hard sweet biscuits, with a production capacity ranging from 100 kg/hr to 500 kg/hr.
• Construction
The biscuit baking machinery features a steamtight steel tunnel oven divided into multiple heating zones. Stainless steel expansion joints are included to absorb thermal expansion. Inspection windows are installed for visual monitoring of baked goods during operation.
• Heating Chambers
All chambers are externally insulated. Fully automatic oil or gas burners are installed to generate the required heat. Temperature is precisely controlled via an automatic temperature controller integrated into the main control panel. Dynamically balanced stainless steel fans/blowers, powered by appropriate electric motors, recirculate hot air to maximize heating efficiency.
• Baking System
Baking occurs through heat radiators positioned above and below the wire mesh band. A closed circulation system with slight vacuum prevents combustion gases from entering the baking zone. Moisture is managed separately by an additional blower equipped with a damper control system.
• Insulation
The entire oven is insulated with 8" or 10" thick mineral wool on the top, bottom, and sides to minimize heat loss.
• Drive Conveyor Band
The Z-47 articulated wire mesh band is driven by a suitable A.C. or Dyno D.C. drive system, supported by rollers at both ends of the oven.
• Electrical System
An automatic electric control panel is included, equipped with safety devices to operate all motors and drives. It also ensures uniform heating in each baking zone through a thermostat-controlled auto temperature system.
