Mixer machine

This machine use to mixing the raw material,like rice flour,wheat flour,rice flour,etc,with water and some addtive,mixing together,mixing time about 3-5mins,one time about 5-8mins,can mix raw materials evenly.

Double screw extruder machine

This is the 'heart' of the entire production line. The mixed raw materials are fed into a twin-screw extruder. Inside the barrel, the raw materials are subjected to high temperature, high pressure, and strong shear forces, causing starch gelatinization and protein denaturation, resulting in a molten state. When the material is instantly extruded from the mold head into a normal pressure environment, the water evaporates rapidly, causing the material to expand and form a porous and fluffy structure.

Belt dryer machine

The product that just came out of the puffing machine has a high moisture content and a soft texture. It is necessary to use a dryer (usually a multi-layer mesh belt type) with hot air to reduce its moisture content to a specific standard (such as 7% -8%)

Double drums flavoring machine

The dried semi-finished product is sent to the drum seasoning machine. Under the rotation of the drum, evenly spray edible oil (such as palm oil, sunflower seed oil), and then sprinkle seasoning powder (such as cheese powder, barbecue powder, tomato powder, seafood powder, etc.)

Coling machine
