The Pregelatinized Starch Processing Machine is a continuous processing equipment for rapidly converting native starch into pregelatinized starch that can be dissolved in cold water. It is suitable for mass production scenarios in food, pharmaceutical, papermaking, and textile industries.

High pregelatinization efficiency: Utilizing a twin-screw extrusion curing process, high shear and precise temperature control ensure complete starch breakdown, resulting in a stable pregelatinization rate of over 95% in the finished product.

Food-grade materials: 304/316 stainless steel structure, corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.

High degree of automation: PLC system monitors key parameters in real time, reducing reliance on manual labor.

The screw is nitrided with 38CrMoAl, with a hardness of 60 HRC; the barrel hardness is 55 HRC.

The gearbox has a forced lubrication structure, ensuring stable operation.

All motors are equipped with frequency converters for precise process control.

The molds are easy to change, suitable for various product specifications.
