Gelatinized Starch Production Line uses rice, corn, beans and all kinds of grains as raw materials. Through extruding, inflating, drying, crushing and mixing, it could produce many kinds of nutrition powder, such as baby rice powder, sesame paste, beans powder and so on. Gelatinized Starch Production Line could finish all the process automatically from the feeding to the end. It has features of easy operation, without leak of powder dust, sanitation, saving energy and easy to add all kinds of raw materials and nutriment.

Raw materials: Using corn starch, tapioca starch or potato starch as the main raw materials, and is transformed into a gel state of super-heated rheo-logical variant through the combined action of high temperature, high pressure and shear force in the puffing equipment, and obtain a large amount of energy, change its original physical and chemical properties,α-form starch structure, and finally produce modified starch (pre-gelatinized starch) products.

Double-screw extruder

This is the main machine of Modified Starch production line, which is used to extruding raw materials. It adopts frequency speed controlling system with high automatic and stable performance.

Dryer Oven machine

The Heating source can be electric, steam and gas. All can be designed according to customer's local conditions and requirement.

Usage: drying the moisture of humid air out of extruding products, reducing the heat waste.

 

Pulse grinder

Grinding raw materials into flour, food touch part is stainless steel 304.

Discharge method: bottom butterfly valve discharge.

Particle fineness: less than 10mm

Production capacity: according to different model.

Through changing the natural characteristics of natural starch by pre-gelatinization, this modified starch processing line is used to improve the properties of natural starch, expanding starch application range scope: physical, chemical and/or enzymatic treatments.
