2.Single screw extruder machine
The single-screw extruder completes dough mixing, degassing, and extrusion molding, and is the core equipment in macaroni production.
Automatic Feeding: Flour and water are automatically fed into the mixing chamber, ensuring a stable supply.
Homogeneous Mixing: The single screw thoroughly mixes the raw materials, resulting in a uniform dough texture.
Vacuum Degassing: -0.08~-0.1MPa The vacuum system removes air bubbles, improving density and molding quality.
Extrusion Molding: The screw propels the material under pressure, the die determines the shape, and the cutter controls the length.
PLC Control: Parameters such as temperature, speed, and vacuum level can be precisely adjusted to ensure stable production.

3.Dryer machine
The drying process reduces the moisture content of macaroni from approximately 30% to 12%, directly affecting its texture and shelf life.
The drying process consists of three steps:
Pre-drying (35–45°C): Stabilizes the surface structure and prevents cracking.
Main drying (50–70°C): Segmented heating to evenly evaporate internal moisture.
Cooling and balancing: Cools to room temperature to prevent condensation after packaging.

4.Cooling conveyor
The use of a mesh belt conveyor allows for rapid and uniform cooling of the dried product, ensuring that the macaroni reaches a balanced moisture level and preventing it from becoming damp and sticking together after packaging.
