Consistent Product Quality
Critical steps such as slice thickness are tightly controlled between 1.2–2.2 mm, with a tolerance of less than ±0.1 mm. This ensures each potato chip is evenly heated. Frying temperature is maintained steadily at 170–180°C. An automatic stirring and oil discharge system helps prevent localized over-frying or scorching.

High Safety Performance
The entire line is equipped with multiple safety features, including motor overload protection, abnormal temperature alarms, and an automatic shutdown system. The electronic control panel also supports emergency stop and reset functions, enhancing operational safety. Noise levels during operation are kept below 70 dB. The heat source area is fitted with thermal insulation and an exhaust system, improving the working environment and supporting long-term operation.

Screw-type continuous peeling and washing machine

Using an emery-lined cleaning and peeling machine or a brush-type cleaning and peeling machine, the cleaning and peeling can be completed simultaneously. This results in high efficiency and minimal product loss.

High-speed strip/chip cutting machine

It can be used for slicing and cutting, with adjustable slice thickness and strip size.

Bubble washing machine

High-pressure water flow and bubble-generating devices impact the surface of the object being cleaned. The energy released when the bubbles burst on contact creates a scrubbing effect, effectively cleaning the surface.

Blanching machine

It consists of a conveyor belt, heating system (electric heating tube, burner, or steam pipe), water circulation pump, motor for the conveyor belt, temperature control system, installation platform, and bracket. Blanching is an important and necessary step. After washing, the potato sticks enter the blanching machine, where enzyme activity is destroyed and the texture is improved.

Continuous frying machine

The entire frying line is made of stainless steel, ensuring strength and durability, with precise temperature control. It supports three heating methods: electric, coal, and gas. The thermal efficiency exceeds 95%, saving energy. The machine features a fully automatic oil filter that removes impurities, preventing carbon buildup and oil darkening. This extends the oil's service life and ensures the fried potatoes are delicious. The slices have a bright color and excellent taste, enhancing product quality.

Automatic seasoning machine

The drum-type seasoning machine is made of stainless steel. Potato chips (or strips) are evenly tumbled by the rotating drum, while seasonings are applied by sprinkling or spraying. This ensures uniform coating without damaging the chips.

Automatic Packaging Machine

During packaging, nitrogen is filled into the bag to effectively prevent the potato chips from breaking and to extend shelf life. Inflation, sealing, and coding are completed in one step.
