1. Raw Material Preparation
Rice & starch blend: Rice flour, corn starch, or wheat flour is mixed with water, salt, and seasonings to form a uniform dough.
2. Pressing & Shaping
The dough is fed into a noodle presser where it is press the wheat flour to be dough and then make shape by knife.
The press sticks expand instantly due to steam release, creating a light, crispy texture.
3. Cutting & Frying
The noodle snack are precisely cut into uniform lengths (typically 5-10 cm) using a cutter.
They are then transferred to a fryer machine to reduce moisture and enhance crispiness.
4. Seasoning Application
The dried sticks pass through a seasoning drum or spraying system, where oil (optional) and powdered flavors are evenly coated.
Common flavors: Shrimp, cheese, chili, or seafood.
5. Cooling
The seasoned sticks are cooled on a conveyor to stabilize texture before packaging.
6. Packaging
Automated weighing & filling machines pack the sticks into moisture-proof bags (often with nitrogen flushing to preserve freshness).
