Product Description
The artificial rice line is composed of the following machines
1.Powder mixing machine: Mix various raw materials according to the requirements of a predetermined ratio.
2. Feeder: convey the mixed raw materials to the hopper of the extruder, reduce labor intensity and improve work efficiency.
3. Twin-screw extrusion granulator: The raw materials in the hopper are continuously conveyed into the screw at a certain operating speed. The raw materials are fully extruded and softened by the screw in the extruder, and finally extruded in the abrasive tool to form Uniform rice grains.
4. Vibrating screen: The rice particles under high temperature are evenly spread on the cooling surface of the vibrating screen, and move forward at a uniform speed under the shaking of the vibrating motor. Equipped with fan cooling to prevent the occurrence of rice sticking.
5. Air conveyor: convey the rice to the drying box. Connecting devices between devices
6. Drying box: the rice is dried and dehydrated to meet the requirements of use. The drying box mostly uses electric heating and gas type.
7. Lifting machine: the connection between the equipment, lifting the nutritional rice into the drum machine
8. Drum: the dried rice is cooled and simply polished. (Air conveyor): The nutritious rice is air sent into the rice storage tank to store the nutritious rice. (Storage tank): Temporary storage of nutritional rice. (Packaging machine): Packing nutritious rice.
