Function：Double Screw Extruder serves to gelatinize flours and starches continuously and automatically. After dosing, the materials are worked by two co-rotating screws composed by sectional modules for the following functions: forward and backward transport, mixing, feeding of additives, injection of liquids, de-gassing, cooking and forming.

Structure detail：

Automatic dosing unit for utilization with any type of flours and starches (the size should be 60-80mesh);

The screws are all made by 38CrMoAIA and alloy layer with the hardness of 55hrc, which is hard and strong, and has longer service life (1.5-2 years);

Barrel is divided into 3 parts; the hardness of the barrel is 55hrc. Co-rotating screws with extremely deep profiles to increase mechanical working capacity;

Auto-temperature control system; make the temperature controlling more direct viewing and the parameter more precise;

The cutter is equipped with 1-4pcs cutting knives for face cutting of the product out of the extruder. The location and speed of the cutter can be adjustable.

The forced lubrication system, so that it can guarantee the equipment transmission life longer.
